Description
Unwind the spine with this practice that begins with neck and shoulder
releases and then dives into three sequential seated forward folds before a
long (5 minutes on each side) cross-legged spinal twist to get deep into the
low back and release long-held tension. The second half of the class
features supine hip openers. Stand up after class for happy hips!
