I love the way you use fun metaphors to help expand or improve a pose...Practicing with you really helped me improve some of my poses! I can't wait to do another class!

    Thank you so much, Kathryn!

My mother and friend came over and we did the class together at 6 am. What a wonderful way to start our days! It was all exactly what we needed. Thank you!

    Namaste,

Thank you, thank you for another beautiful practice Kathryn. Loved the eyes closed sun salutes, feeling rooted amid the chaos of my children's morning routines around me! Namaste

Kathryn, awesome practice, thank you for it. Interesting concept to go through Surya Namaskara with closed eyes. Talk about finding and trusting your roots! I often like closing my eyes in standing poses and forward folds, but this was a whole new revelatory experience. Find your roots and you'll find that you don't lack. Gratitude on a whole new level.

How's Back Bay coming along? ;-)

Thank you, Kathryn, for another wonderful practice. You have such a natural way of sharing your words throughout class. What you share adds to the experience. It is a joy for me each and every time to be your student.
