Kate, Thanks so much for your sweet feedback. My "morning" is also various. A long time ago when I did Julia Cameron's "The Artist Way", she suggested "morning pages"- three pages written unfettered, first thing in the morning. That morning would sometimes be 3 pm, I guess morning can be a state of mind....

I loved the calm flow of your voice, the unhurried quality of the sequence. Although I couldn't get to my "morning practice" until 11 am, I feel re centered to take up my day.
