30 Minute Talk Calming Vata Through Restorative Practice
The vata dosha is comprised of the energetic qualities of the elements of
air and ether, or empty space. It controls the movement in our bodies and
the excessive movement we are exposed to on a daily basis increases and can
even aggravate this dosha, leaving us more vulnerable to feeling worn-out
and depleted.
