i was stuck in a cycle of negative people and actually bought into feeling like I was not a good instructor. I even found out that some other instructor was saying things behind my back! I changed my perspective about a month ago and realized I didn't have to put up with this treatment and did indeed have something to offer, I am teaching at 2 other gyms and my classes are growing!!!! I have had really good feeback and one woman was actually moved to tears with some of my affirmations in class..she had ME in tears!..lol. anyway, that is why I do what I do...share my love of yoga with others. It's true what they say..change your perspective...change your mind...change your reality! rock on Kathryn!

I have been struggling with letting go of control (=change of perspective) for a while now, with reminders popping up left and right everywhere! And now your class... I get it. I do. I need to change my attitude and perspective (and perhaps enjoy the rest of my mother-in-laws visit... another two weeks).

    Thank you, Kathryn. Namaste.
