Description
This all over practice starts at the top of the body with neck and shoulder releases before moving into a hand, wrist and shoulder series that is perfect for people who spend a lot of time at the computer.
Lounge lizard and hammock release the spine before we move into hip openers that are perfect for people with knee injuries since we spend time on the back
segueing into a satisfying savasana.
