Tara, this was my first class with you and yogaglo and it was a perfect start! I am recovering from a lisfranc fracture dislocation of my left foot (november 09') and this is the perfect practice to push through my stuggle of regaining both mobility and stability in my entire body. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much, Tara for giving this class....I have been dealing with an ankle injury and this class is helping me tremendously. I used to take classes from you in Hollywood, but now live in NYC. I was thrilled to find you here on YogaGlo. Please let me know if you are ever giving classes out East, but in the meantime I am so excited I can continue practicing with you through the web. YogaGlo rocks!!

Hmmm, The Burden that Changes Itself is not a title that I'm familiar with. Two books I am heavily influenced by through this line of questioning though is "Feeling Sensing and Action" by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, and "How Life Moves" by Caryn McHose and Kevin Frank.
Thanks for all of your feedback. Please keep the dialogue coming!!!

That class was one of the best and I have actually done it twice because it has made such a difference in the alignment of the pelvis thru the action of the feet!
I have had other Anusara classes directed for the action of the feet but nothing to this extent and awareness. Thank You Tara...You are so special..and your classes have influenced my practice and teaching skills in such a positive way.
My body salutes you. Love You!!

Thank you so much for this - it was delicious in its detail and very, very meaningful. I have a background in Iyengar Yoga (been with Anusara since 2003 ish) so while familiar instructions the underlying architecture of the feet gave me a huge a-ha! moment. I finished my session with Viparita Karani to balance out headstand which felt great to allow the pelvis to soften down with the feet still aligned...
Thanks for your awesome knowledge, practice, integrity and teaching!
