Amazing 10 minutes!! I was sitting here at my desk thinking how I either wanted coffee or a nap, and I tried this instead. I feel totally refreshed and energized. I will be favoriting this and doing it often :) Thank you so much!

I loved this short segment, especially the breathe of fire at the end!

Roberta, so glad it is helpful. I love mixing up work and yoga, it puts the yoga in my work and creates a throughline for my thoughts

The most helpful 10 minutes! I was particularly impressed with the effect of the wrists. It does feel reinvigorating. Thanks!

That was wonderful! I work on the computer all day and I hate sitting so much. This really helped to work out some of the areas that get stiff and cause tension for me (both in my body and especially in my mind/emotional state). So happy to have found this!

Cassie,
I will probably be using this routine as an on the airplane, to Taipei, and then to LA situation. Glad we can play with the titles.

Amanda, I think you should take that up with your employer. If he sees the work difference maybe that should be a present, bonus, or included in the benefits package?

You're so right, Tara...for quite awhile after I do this, I am getting more done more quickly, and my mind is wandering less. My employer should pay my yogaglo for me! (Just kidding...though it's just a great investment no matter who's paying it!) Thank you, Tara.

Amanda, I was recently preparing for a new workshop- researching evolutionary biology, and hours at the computer, then I would have to jump up, do a few things every hour, and reset my mind, and body for the next hour. I am a firm believer in greater efficiency through resetting the body.

Great job at getting so much done, covering so many areas, in 10 minutes...and without feeling rushed! I love it!

Aoife- Thank you for your enthusiasm around this short practice. I was reminded the other day how I used to jump on the trampoline 10 minutes after an hour of work when I was in highschool. To reset my mind and body. This is meant to do the same.
Enjoy.

I cannot say enough good things about this class. I do it very often, sometimes more than once a day, and am forever urging friends and loved ones to do it. I use it not only when I've been working at a desk, but whenever I need a quick, simple pick-me-up. Every time I finish the video, I can't believe how energized and happy I feel. Brava, Tara.

Laura,
So glad this helped! I always try to get up at least once and hour and let my body reset, while doing computer work.

Love, love, love this. Great explanation of each pose.

Tara, I just wanted to let you know that I use this routine almost every day. I have many problems with my neck and shoulders, and this routine is helping me slowly get back into movement. Thank you so much.

Thanks for a great mini-workout, Tara.
