      In frog pose - yes.. unless you are moving really slowly, then it is fine to put the heels down. Blessings, Kia

    Kia, which kundalini videos would you recommend for someone overcoming a foot trauma? I'm interested in re-starting yoga, and in particular kundalini, but I can't flex my left foot back completely yet so the kneeling asana is out, as are planks and downward dog. Thanks!

    I could not handle the kneeling asana so I stood on downward facing dog for those 3 minutes. The rest went fantastic. I love your classes so much I'm considering a Kundalini training after I finish my phd in two years. Thanks
