In this class we'll use some unique sequencing to open up the hips and work deep into the hip joints. This continuous flow will get you going right away with less instruction so you'll have more time to ease into your own personal rhythm. Get in deep and then be on your way with a fresh set of hips!         With all of the jumping and hovering the key is the control of and placement of the pelvis. Make sure your pelvis is leading the movement. Play with that for a bit, it still take time and practice though.... xoxo :)

    Queen of therapeutuc hip openers. i have been having a tightness in my inner groin, outer buttock and psoas at the same time in my right hip. This sequece is among the few that alleviates the gripping sensation in my hip joint.

    Tiffany, would you consider a 10 or 15 or 20 minute tutorial just on the half handstand lift and variations? I know there are tutorials on Yogaglo for jumping into handstand and that's not something I'm aspiring to. But I feel close to that half handstand and optimistic that if it were broken down so that there's a focus on the individual pieces, it would become available to me and others enjoying this practice.
