    I have been practicing and teaching yoga for the past eight years and I SWEAR that was the first time I have ever actually completely relaxed in any variation of pigeon. Thank you Tiffany! Beautiful class :)

    While in pigeon, my hip on the bent knee side lifts. Your directions are to prop that hip up. Should I be trying to stay on top of the extended leg in a squared hip position?

    I've struggled w/ a knee injury for the last 6 months, which hinders me from running much. So, when I do run, my body kind of hates me. Anyhow, I ran 4 miles this AM and felt pretty horrible afterwards. I practice yoga on a daily basis, but have a bit of an aversion to yin. For some reason I sought out a yin Yogaglo just this afternoon and now I feels so much better. Thanks!!!

    Such a beautiful class before bedtime -- I'm so VATA and each pose from the open straddle with a bolster underneath, the pigeons (love modified) and the last groin opener..wow!     Fabulous Yin class Tiffany! Loved the variation of pigeon but really noticed a relaxing into the wide angle forward fold by "letting go" -- hard to do but little by little -- this was so encouraging! Sweet Dreams and Thank you for your guidance and grace!
