Well Rounded Basics Flow

For those new to yoga, get guided carefully and mindfully through a variety of yoga poses and learn to use props and modifications to support you. You need not be able to do all of the poses perfectly or at all, but done repeatedly, this practice will help you build the strength and stamina you need to start expanding your practice. You'll want two blocks, a blanket and some kind of cushion or bolster.

    Hi Amy! I have been sick with a lingering cold and really starting a regular practice that begins to challenge me more. I absolutely loved this class. You are such a humble and generous teacher! I really needed that feeling today so, thank you! I will revisit this video because before I do more intermediate poses I want to feel steady with the basics.

      Hey Juliana! I totally recognize your name and yes I was definitely at Crunch in NYC back in the day. Funny I am in NYC visiting right now - LOL! I'm so glad this class was good for your re-entry into yoga. And you are so very wise to start out slow and gradual as you work your way back. We can all benefit from that wisdom!     This was an amazing class! I am usually doing lvl 2 or 2/3, working on jumping higher, building more strength in the arms, open up the hips even wider ... and forget about the basics. So it was a nice reminder also for alignment and to get back to where we started from. Loved the cell phone posture. Thanks a lot Amy!
