Description
For those new to yoga, get guided carefully and mindfully through a variety of yoga poses and learn to use props and modifications to support you. You need not be able to do all of the poses perfectly or at all, but done repeatedly, this practice will help you build the strength and stamina you need to start expanding your practice. You'll want two blocks, a blanket and some kind of cushion or bolster.
