It's all about the core! Focused plank and stepping forward work starts out the class followed by core oriented standing poses and fun floor work leading up to crow and side crow. Inversions and backbends wrap up the class for a lovely savasana.

    What a great class!! I loved it. The heat build up quickly! Thanks to this class I was finally able to kick up high enough on a handstand to have to cartwheel out of my fall. I know, doesn't sound like much of an accomplishment but, for me it is! It's so hard for me to let go of that fear (of the fall) and I finally did! Thanks Kathryn!

    Great flow, great instruction, definitely one to come back to over and over.. man, holding handstand for 1 min. is difficult!

    Wonderful class! I did three things I haven't ever been able to do before: transition crow to chataranga, headstand, and holding side crow for 3 breaths. Thank you Kathryn!

    Thanks kathryn for such a straightforward vinyasa class. Love the bakasana you throw in between the sun salutations. The one minute handstand hold is a great exercise, kept me shaking and vibrating, like you said. I love the plenty of poses you gave for overall strength building. Will definitely repeat this!
