Description
Stoke your fire in this stong class. Begin in standing inversions, headstand, handstand 'hops', some quick vinyasa (up dog-down dog), forward bends, and lotus work to prep and launch into a family of 4 hand balancings (Bakasana, Parsva Bakasana, Urdhva Kukkutasana, Parsva Kukkutasana). Wind down with a short shoulderstand and seated pranayama practice. Come ready to work hard and have fun!

I love lotus because in lotus my left leg goes, "hey, just because I can't do everything that old righty does doesn't mean you have to force me, hurt me or say mean things to me. i get out in front of you and support you just as often as righty does... Be patient, please." .That's what my left leg says. :)
It just so happens that I am taking a 3 week road trip through BC, and Kamloops is inbetween Whistler and Jasper....so, I will see you there in a couple weeks. Until then....peace.
