Description
This class is an extended version of a 30min class that I did a while back. We flow to get the heat moving through the body, then we hold a variety postures for 1 minute, sometimes a little bit longer. By holding postures longer, we calm the chatter in the mind and leave room for space and clarity in the body. Expect a deep sense of ease at the end of the practice. Postures include Virabhadrasana II, Parsvakonasana, Horse stance, frog pose, handstand and urdhva dhanurasana/bridge pose. From the floor we find upavistha konasana and a few different seated postures. Enjoy my fellow yogis!

I am dying to get the handstands in middle of the room:), doing yoga since 2002 on and off.
I am pretty felexible and can do arm balances but not able to jump to hand stand from dog!
any suggestion?
