    so basically observe and help instead of have your own personnel practice.
    especially while the world is watching.

    maybe next time keep it to the level of the students or get the students who are closer to the level. almost all of them struggled with everything making for painful viewing.

    I'm addicted to your classes. I tried other styles and yoga teachers but I usually stopped in the middle of the class and go back to your classes. It is your breathing techniques, your tone of voice and the ashtanga practice that i really like. I even stopped going at my yoga studio.! Please don't stop teaching!! You are amazing.

    Absolutely wonderful variation of 2nd series...many thanks! thank you for sharing your devotion for this practice!!!!question - in the back bend when we bring our feet closer together - is this for hip flexor stretch? and keep knees apart but feet close correct?!

    I understand these videos are for internet distribution but could the teacher (or an assisstant) pay more attention to what others are doing to practice safetly and prevent injuries?

    There is something happening here that caught my attention: the guy in the blue striped tank seems to be performing his very own seriously dangerous practice.

    It is common in ashtanga that hanumanasana comes early at the beginning, I love Jodi!

    Loved this class Jodi, i have a love hate relationship with ashtanga and feel like i have been doing the primary series all of my yoga life ( mixed with iyenga and hatha) so this was just a great breath a fresh air!! I love how grounded you are :)

    Great class. I am comfortable with Hanumanasana but thought it came too early in the sequence.
