    I understand these videos are for internet distribution but could the teacher (or an assisstant) pay more attention to what others are doing to practice safetly and prevent injuries?

    There is something happening here that caught my attention: the guy in the blue striped tank seems to be performing his very own seriously dangerous practice.

    It is common in ashtanga that hanumanasana comes early at the beginning, I love Jodi!

    Loved this class Jodi, i have a love hate relationship with ashtanga and feel like i have been doing the primary series all of my yoga life ( mixed with iyenga and hatha) so this was just a great breath a fresh air!! I love how grounded you are :)

    Great class. I am comfortable with Hanumanasana but thought it came too early in the sequence.
