Description

Please note that you use the bhandas (energetic locks) through this meditation. After Ek Ong Kar draw up the pelvic floor as you say -uh, after Sa Ta Na Ma draw the thoracic diaphragm up as you say -hu, after Siri Wa draw neck lock on -uh, now relax all locks as you say He Guru! It will make sense when you do it!
I cannot due the spine rolls (not even the baby rolls) because of problems with my midback it will spasm and i don't have enough core strength, what can i do for a modification. thank you and love classes.

Question: I find that my meditation drifts in and out of a sleep-like mode and I feel sleepy instead of energised after the class. Should I be doing something differently?
