      The set is called "Raise Kundalini in quick order" originally taught in 1969. It is from one of Guru Rattana's books.

    Thank you Kia! Could you explain why the internal mudra (tip of tongue to roof of mouth) is an important part of the meditation at the end and what are its benefits? Thanks so much, I've been practicing kundalini for four years as part of my home practice with different online classes/DVDs because I live faraway from any teachers, so I am really enjoying your KY classes - thank you so much! x

      Tip of the tongue to the roof of the mouth connects an inner energetic circuit. It also draws energy UP towards the higher centers of the brain. It also helps with focus! Sending blessings, Kia
