    Almost every night, right as my husband and I goto bed, I choose a meditation for us to prepare to rest/sleep and relax. We both sleep so much better now and so does our new dog who the minute she hears your voice, she gets very quiet and goes to sleep after each and every meditation! Thank you. : )

    Thank you. I have just started meditation per rec, from my therapist due to extreme anxiety & stress, all the things you have been talking about. This is the 2nd of your classes I have taken so far & you are really addressing all the things I need to work on. Definitely the right path for me after trying so many meds. I am excited to test out more of the sessions.

      Crying is a common thing when blocked energy is released- sometimes there is a kind of Soul-relief that happens and manifests in weeping.

    Too much talking in this one for me. I am indeed feeling overwhelmed, and kept waiting for some silence and the music, but had to stop about 15 minutes in because I got too distracted by all the talking.

    Thank you for this incredibly soothing experience. I often return home following a 12 hour day as a nurse feeling very "crazed". This really helped me relax so that I could put the day behind me. I have experienced many of your meditations but so far this is my favorite. Please know that your work is very much appreciated.
