    Wow... amazing experience in meditation. I felt like I was floating in a vast space even though I was in my bedroom. The vibrant 'settling' (that was what I picked) yellow vibration was filling up my body in my body shape! It was beautiful! Thank you so much :)

    Thanks so much Harshada! I just started working with your meditations a few weeks ago and wanted to let you know what a profound and wonderful impact you are having on my life. Yay! Although I've been practicing yoga for 10 years I have somehow only just entered into the realm of still, eyes-closed meditation. I'm loving it, and you are an excellent guide on my way :)
    I loved this one in particular. I woke up so surly and resentful of all the things I had to do today and this seriously transformed it into a joyful, happy day. Thank you so, so much!

    I've just started a seated meditation practice and I'm looking for a good meditation cushion. Does anyone have any recommendations?? I have extremely tight hips, so being seated for more than 5 minutes brings me to a sweat!!!

      yes- a good meditation cushion for you is probably a chair. or your couch. There is no big advantage to sitting down on the floor "yogi style". Keep opening you hips with yoga practice- there are many yogaglos for hips. and in the meantime get a nice chair. In my studio I have big livingroom style chairs that you can sit up on with cross legs if you want or put your legs down if it's more comfortable. Look at my video in the beginner's series about sitting.

      It is possible to meditate when you are in pain- but it is almost impossible when you are in self-inflicted pain. Sitting in an unnecessarily uncomfortable posture amounts to inflicting pain on yourself. Get comfy- learn to meditate- then you can work on the outer posture if you so desire. For now, give your poor hips a break and sit on a chair or sofa. :)

        Dear Harshada i had e summer work here in italy estate romane...i night job bartender....and working at night and sleeping at day was not good for my yoga study and yoga practice....but now this time is already far....waking up 7.. morning 7.45 at my beautiful park next to me in middle of Romas busy streets and doing 5 days at week every my yogapractice...thanks....
