    Lovely- your calming voice was an anchor against the discomfort pulling me out of the pain. By turning inwards and examining my entire body I recognized the places where I don't feel pain or sickness and felt grateful. Thank you so much.

    I was so incredibly helped by this meditation. I am dealing with a condition that has yet to be diagnosed and the inner combat I am experiencing is very draining. This meditation helped me recognize that struggle inside and give it a break. The quote at the end..."Yes, I am in pain, but I am not suffering"... that was a huge epiphany for me. I will come back to this again and again. In fact, it makes the entire membership at this site worth it all by itself. Thank you.

    Thank you so much for this. It was the most profound meditation that I have ever done with regard to dealing with my chronic migraines. I never thought to forgive my body for this affliction and when I followed your voice to do just that, something inside me shifted. I still have pain but, like the Zen master you mentioned, I felt I was no longer suffering. Many Blessings. This was wonderful!

      I realize that this comment was posted over a year ago, but I too suffer from chronic migraines. This meditation helped immensely and I also wanted to ask if you've had any relief from yet? Still working on mine. All the best.

    Thank you, this is perfect. I've found meditation is one of the only things I'm capable to do sometimes with my illness and this is a great future go-to.
