Thank you so much for this. It was the most profound meditation that I have ever done with regard to dealing with my chronic migraines. I never thought to forgive my body for this affliction and when I followed your voice to do just that, something inside me shifted. I still have pain but, like the Zen master you mentioned, I felt I was no longer suffering. Many Blessings. This was wonderful!

Thank you, this is perfect. I've found meditation is one of the only things I'm capable to do sometimes with my illness and this is a great future go-to.
