    Thank you... I didn't realize that I was overly focused on making sure I was doing everything right for the baby. I forgot about me. I also had to laugh... My backside has totally been neglected :-))

    so...i clicked on this meditation by "mistake" but went with it. i am neither pregnant, nor wanting to become pregnant, yet this was a profoundly nurturing and healing 20 minutes. plus, i am looking for a new baby kitten so it couldn't hurt! :) ...purr..... thanks!

    Thank you for this. I teach yoga for pregnancy and found this meditation absolutely wonderful. I love the way you're able to explain so clearly the process of letting the mother feel that same sense of loving and being held as the the baby.
