    phew, this was challenging. I kept on drifting away and suddenly hips were sore and class was almost over. very hard to keep focus on what is being said for me. but I will try again.. Interesting the idea of inner yoga. It really is much more challenging than the "outer yoga" with asanas. Thanks!
