    Thank you for this meditation. I was able to empty my cluttered mind and my anguish heart. I have a question: Can the inspiration or the enthusiasm come from a sad momment? or come from the empathy with a helpess distress person?

      of course it can! the secret is to do it in a way that allows you to keep your heart light. It may take some trial and error.
