    Thanks. For a self conscious person, "enjoy your presence, enjoy yourself" is a pretty powerful message. I'll try to hold onto that one!

    I'm a busy mom of 4 teenagers and an 8 year old. Always doing. Started my day with this meditation. Thank you. Love the self-compassion in your words reflected to all. Ie don't argue with your mind just say its ok to relax/rest etc. So easily given to others and not to ourselves.

      for sure Dorothy- studies show that does happen. There are also many subtle energetic shifts that happen which also have that effect.
