Description
Your yoga mat is a place where you can come and reclaim your power after a long day at work! A gradual opening warm up leads into a strong Standing Pose Flow with Warrior 2, Triangle and Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana). Followed by Inversions with L-Pose and/or Handstand at the wall. Also includes a demonstration of L-Pose for beginners. Continues with Hip Openers, Thigh and Hamstring stretch. Followed by a series of Seated Poses and concludes with Back Bends, Spinal Twist and brief Savasana.

- Steven Espinosa Aug 1st, 2012Hi Nicole! Thanks for the nice note. Yes, when in runners stretch you can try placing a blanket or something soft underneath your heel for padding. Or you can modify with another hamstring stretch such as laying on your back with a your leg extended up. That will remove the weight bearing on your heel. Hope that helps! Steven.
