Description
Take time to loosen up your body, most especially your hips. Less talking, more bending. You'll want two blocks, a strap and a blanket or two.

My right leg is still injured but healing and because of the injury my hips constantly are tight. This was such a beautiful opening. I am amazed at how much emotional energy is trapped in our hips/psoas. Thank you so much Amy for this beautiful, strong, yet soft practice. (tears in my eyes at this very moment typing this....so much gratitude).
