    I LOVED this. Still can't do a headstand. I think I need a spotter to start. Did dolphin post instead. Something to work towards. Will definitely add this to my "Kathryn" series. Thank you for a nice start to a long working day. ;)

    I have weak legs that easily tire out. Doing this about 2-3x a week helped strengthened my legs and kick my day right! And oh, I learned to do a headstand here! Its pretty cool! Thanks so much Kathryn! Love from Manila.

    oh...feel so positive and grounded and able to go to sleep now..wondering about inversions sometimes-- they can be good before bed! Have a new job where I'm sitting almost all day - this was amazing!!

    I needed this practice to really connect back after a busy couple of days. I loved the theme of roots, and Kathryn you are right. Sometimes it is better to take a short and simple flow as opposed to a long, sweaty one. Thank you and namaste

    I loved the idea of roots and incorporating tree into sun salutes. I did this practice underneath a tree on my patio as an expat living in Colombia, South America. Lovely imagery for so many different reasons!

    I am vacationing in the mountains in Tahoe and did this practice amidst a lovely view of trees and lake. I was tempted not to close by eyes, but did so and still felt the calm and strength of the trees and of MY roots. So grounding and lovely - thank you!
