    Not usually one to comment but this was absolutely fantastic. After a week of intense exercise interspersed with too much sitting, this felt like my whole front body was stretched out, opened up and ready for a new week. I will be doing more of your classes!

    I'm in love with this class. I have a on and off right shoulder ache and whenever I feel the pain coming back this is my go-to. I can't wait to be able to take some of your classes in person ~ LOVE your teaching style.

    I think this is my favorite Kathryn Budig class. The vinyasas were varied and challenging, and I sweat a lot. It also included some good inversion time.

    I saved this when I first joined but didn't think I could handle a strong class. 2 months later and here I am, loving your sequencing. Love the energetic sun salutations and how you did not allow us to take a breather. Your options did not leave us level 2 feeling bad. I love the one minute crow hold. And the grasshopper, the 8 breaths inversions. Thanks Kathryn!

    Wonderful. I did an upper body strength training workout yesterday with heavy weights and this was just what I needed to stretch out and bring fresh oxygenated blood to my muscles. I feel pretty good right now. Thank you!

    Personally I love starting with some core work and look for those classes that include core. So if you do note whether or not core is included that would all right by me. Loved the class.. Thank you!,!

    My intention for this class was do everything from a place of love. It was perfect for this class. I sweated through all the emotions I have been going through lately that have been causing me daily headaches and migraines. I thought that this class would make them worse because bending over hurts and I thought headstands would hurt. Boy was I wrong. All those headaches just poured out of my head and onto my mat. Headstand was effortless. Handstand was effortless for the first time in months! I glided up into tri-pod with both legs straight as if I didn't even need the wall behind me! The wall was just there for when I fell back when I got tired. I haven't felt this good in a while. Thank you so much! xoxo
