Description
This level 1 class is great for those days when you need to rest your arms and take the weight-bearing load out of your wrists and shoulders. With focused work in the legs and plenty of alignment cues, this practice offers encouragement to listen to yourself, to accept yourself, and to practice yoga in a way that is mindful and healing.

This is the first time I've done one of your videos and I loved it. I think it's the first time I've gotten all the way through a 30 minute video without feeling like it's way beyond my ability level and I have to stop.
