This is Jason's most rhythmic, continuous vinyasa practice to date. The sole focus is using movement to establish a smooth, consistent breathing pattern from beginning to end. Its a deep, demanding, meditative practice that will have you prioritizing your breath and dropping all other thoughts and concerns.

    WOW. Exactly what I want from a class. Breath perfectly linked to movement and at the perfect pace. Was able to get that tail end of both kumbaka and rechaka in without the feeling of "when is he gonna say inhale!" The pace was my favorite part of this.....with the ability to pick half surya namakar or savasana breath as a close second. Total light bulb moment.
    I also find (like someone else commented) that levels are not consistent from one instructor to the next. I have done level 2 classes where most of the poses were not accessible to me where this was the opposite....that being said I'm not sure level one students would have understood a lot of your commentary on the breath. Food for thought anyway.
    Will definitely be scheduling more of your classes.

    Jason's philosiphizing about the sandwich reminded of an NPR story that different states in the US have different beliefs about what equals a sandwich. Apparently a burrito is NOT a sandwich or is a sandwich in some states.

      Kelly - While I realize your simply reporting on a report, a burrito is categorically NOT a sandwich. Postures can be practiced differently by different people at different times for different reasons, but burritos can not be considered a sandwich and that is final.

    Lovely practice until 35 minutes in when it froze. I dragged the little ball thing back and it played nicely again until that same spot and then stopped.

    Hi Jason, I enjoyed your class a lot. But I don't know why the video buffers all the time and the streaming takes forever recently. I have to stop the practice every other seconds. Hope the website can do something about it. Thanks!

    I love this class. I felt like I was reliving the first class where I fell in love with yoga. Pigeon is my all time favorite, and I finally figured out why - I feel like I'm perfectly still but flying at the same time. I love that you opened up the idea of being in one pose physically, but in another rhythm mentally. Thank you. I am perfectly relaxed and energized all at the same time.

    I've been doing your short classes on yogajournal for the last 2 years, and always really enjoyed them!!As you can imagine, it got a little repetitive, so now I am so happy to have joined yogaglo and suddenly have access to all these classes of yours despite being in a different part of the world.     I was in head stand the whole time i was in pigeon pose and when i was actually in pigeon pose i was doing half sun salutations and it was all fabulous and when i was in savasana i was smiling.All hail Jason.Thankyou.

    Really appreciated the slow flow & repetition! Especially at the end of the day. Sometimes teachers make sequencing to complicated and its hard to stay with the breath. Looking forward to trying some more of your classes. :)

    i loved the pacing of this class, it really got my body warmed up and my breathing going before doing any deeper poses and then slowing the mind and calming the body in the last 3rd. thanks for an9other great class!

    This class kinda sneaked up on me, in a good way. I got so lost in my breath, that when you guided us into twisting triangle and twisting half moon, it seemed like a surprise, but totally worked! Thank you Jason for a wonderful class!

    Fabulous! really like the template and practice of the breathing - great reminder. Missed the bar at the bottom of the picture which allows me to make the screen full and gives me the time movement. I have enjoyed this series of rhythm and flow. Thanks

    Thanks Jason! I have practiced a few of your classes in a row now, and it is nice to take a break from hatha/anusara into Vinyasa and its more structured breath and flow. It's always good to change it up and I have enjoyed the freedom of my breath within the structure... :->

    I came into this class thinking it would be a long, sweaty flow. I am glad I was wrong. This class was just what I needed to calm my busy mind and was by far one of the best Yogaglo classes. I love your style of teaching Jason and it felt really good to tune into my breath; wether that be the sun salutation or shavansa breath. Namaste

    Thank you so very much for this wonderful practice, Jason! I consistently love your classes and this one is maybe my favourite so far (or it was exactly what I needed today.) The flow felt like a deep meditation and it was perfect to end with the soothing folds and the looong seated meditation and savasana. Thank you again!
