Description
Have you had a long work-week and are eager to set-forth on an active warrior-weekend? Need a practice to bridge the gap and prepare you for the transition? Well, you can feel free to press “play” now. Chock full of hip, hamstring, shoulder and spine work, this practice will tune you up and get you ready for just about anything. You’ll need a block and a strap for this practice (or a reasonable substitute.)
In Yosemite just up the road the water falls are beginning to surrender, crash, then boom!
