Description
This is a strong hip based class that brings together elements of flow and longer holds. From deep stretches to a strong standing and seated sequence, we release tension from our mind and body via the wonderful outlet of our hips. Inversion options are given of course! Enjoy my fellow yogis.

- Amy Eastwood Jun 25th, 2012Really enjoyed this practice. Re bruises, everyone threshold to bruising will vary but crow can be a bit painful as your bones make contact with other bones and muscles. I find that by continuing to work with these postures, you'll be able to work through the pain and possibly the bruising.
