Description
Enjoy a delicious 30 minutes of traditional restorative poses aimed at opening the hips, hamstrings and heart. Long holds with plenty of props to help you unwind after a long day.

The hero pose combo had me lying on the floor laughing at how crazy I must look (think stranded turtle on its back) trying to get into these poses - humbling yet hilarious to be so challenged - definitely restorative!
