    Hi Noah! Just wanted to share how much our family enjoyed this class. going into middle schooler girl walked in and out of room 3X and gave me a hug in uttanasana, (awww!) 9 year old boy showing us his Dwi Hasta Bhujasana, (rock on!) and our 2 year old joined right in for down dogs, jumps forward and crawled all over us. (sweetness) Both my love and I had big breakthroughs in our poses, and at the end of class our youngest was snuggled up in my arms soaking in the closing peace chant. Family Bliss. And the dog?     I bow to you with all the respect a great teacher deserves. This was -or still is- an amazing class. I've done countless Bakasanas but I have never felt so comfortable like today... the class? the teacher? the timing? I don't know. But I thank you because I feel this sequencing had a lot to do with it!
    It truly lift my spirit.

    Thank you, Noah. I can do other arm balances, but Bakasana and it's variations have eluded me since I had an injury where I fell on my nose... I was as close as I've been for a long time doing it this way. I appreciate your teaching very much. Namaste. Molly from Ireland. :)

    I appreciated the speed, sequence, and overall tone of this class. I am in the tight hips camp of arm balance so I don't enjoy them as much although i keep plugging away because they have "are you truly integrated?" written all over them. I would love you to do a class devoted to those of us whose knees are above our iliac crests in baddha konasana / limited trunk hip flexion in malasana (with props or wall assist would be awesome). Totally dig your teaching and learn something from you and the practice each and everytime. many blessings gleaned from the process and the practice.
