Description
You can increase your ability to balance over time through regular practice. This is a gentle class that focuses on balance postures and builds up to some challenging (but fun) standing balance poses. Of the more challenging poses are dancer (natarajasana) eagle (garudasana) tree (vrksasana) warrior 3 (virabhadrasana) and standing hip opener (eka pada galvasanana prep). There is a wee bit of the time at the end to slip in a refreshing supported bridge with a block.
