      As it was taught to me, this beginning is all i can share. I do believe you can find it in older versions of Lino Miele's Book Ashtanga Yoga.

      When I teach this I like to do it in person and with a student whose system i have a good understanding of. Do you have an ashtanga yoga teacher nearby?

    Wonderful, Jody. Would this be thought of as a balanced/balancing sequence suitable for most times of day? Is there a recommendation depending on when a person's vinyasa practice is?
