This 30-minute practice is a great, pressed for time practice which focuses on Backbending.  The sequence is based on the beginning of the 2nd series of Ashtanga yoga and this one moves you quickly into deep backbends, then closes with a nice rest.

    I love your 30 minute practices! They are just what I need when I don't have a lot of time but need to hit the reset button on my day!

    I haven't taken Ashtanga since 2009 and boy am I glad I started with this class!! LOL. I won't be atempting the full class for another couple of weeks. I am sweating like I"ve been at it for six hours!! Great class.
