This 2 hour long class is a deep exploration of Nadi Shodona - or the Intermediate series of Ashtanga Yoga. We are not doing the full sequence here, rather taking a deep look at the first 2/3 of the practice: the backbending sequence and the deep forward bends/or leg behind the head sequence. Modifications are given and you will have a strong foundation to work on the postures. This class utilizes a STRAP and possibly a bolster for sitting in Virasana. This is a practice for students who are familiar and COMFORTABLE with the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga
