Description
Challenge yourself with this continuous practice style class of a potpurri sequence of (almost) everything (Sun Salutations, Handstand, Forearm Balance, Standing Poses, Backbends and Forward Bends) with timings.
Keep up the good work. Blessings and namaste, Amy
Thank you so much for this class as it is serving as part of my rejuvination. I am new to Yogaglo but not to Yoga having practiced for eleven years. From 2010-2012 there was a big bump in this practice but in late 2012 I turned one of the corners of life and now have re-dedicated myself and have a established a strong and dedicated personal practice. There just is no quality instruction where I currently live. With a very broad athletic and professional coaching background I truly appreciate attention to detail which you provided in this class. While it was a a level 2/3 (2) there was enough intensity to get my fire burning but not too much to scare someone away who is movin on up. I hope that this detail of instruction will continue as I have noticed some other teachers who were previously under the Anusare web stray away from this. What a pity, because it is this detail and understanding of the bodies bio-mechanics that drew me to Yoga. Without this and with weaker instruction it only says... " Run away ". Coaches and teachers are some of the best thieves around and when they see and learn good things from others they should use them no matter what, if it works for them. In this class I only wish there was less talk of time as it is something I have always tried to avoid when I coach. It can be distracting and can cause some students to lose focus. Minor detail.
Anyway, a big thumbs up for this one. We have friends in common as I was born and raised in Bucks County, PA and they are also my teachers.
Off to the Mat. Peace!
Btw, what is it about backbends that alters the breath making it short and fast? Is it because we are compressing the lungs while opening the chest? Namaste Noah.
I am a bit knocked kneed, getting less so, with years of using the alignment principles. When I stand with my legs and feet together it feels awkward. Do you have a recommended focus or action for those of us with this "standing knee bones pressing syndrome" ? :)
Be well blessings & Gratitude

Ciao e grazie
Hillarious!!! Trikonasana in Italian Accent!
This class felt like a workout. For one minute even standing poses were pretty hard. And by the way I don't cuss at you even if you show staff that I can not do or it is a long hold. I just do as much as I can and hopefully next time I'll do better. This class really works on your stamina, both mental and physical. Elena
The sequence, timeing and instruction to each pose was remarkable.
Thank you so much
