Wonderful, first time I am trying out yoga glow and so far loving it. Great practice and I love how the chanting of Om is incorporated. Felt like I was actually in the room itself.

Two days in a row of hour long practices with you. Thank you for your kind words yesterday. That meant a lot to me. I love yoga and like you, I turn to it when things get rough. It helps me to see things clearly and be in the right frame of mind. I thank you for your gift and wonderful in sight to life. ;)

so this is around the 10th time i have taken this class. so good. however every time i go into savasana the top of my sacrum, top of my pelvis.. tightens up and hurts. i think it is from all the forward bending and not sitting up on enough hight on the blanket...any input...i know you cant see me...haha...
    much love Noah...see you soon! :) :) :)
    • Noah Maze     May 6th, 2013
Nick, I think this class gets you right where you are tight. Engage your inner thighs, turn them in more and tip your pelvis forward. And yes, sit up higher on a blanket, tip forward from your hip creases and take as much of the flexion out of your spine as you can. Let me know!

Just have to say how much this class helped me. I'm an Anusara Inspired teacher recovering from surgery to repair a torn Achilles tendon (a dance injury, not yoga!). My left foot and ankle are still limited in their range of motion, but as a teacher, I know how to modify as needed. (thank goodness for video that I can pause!) After this class, my lower body felt more open and my ankle had more range of motion than since I was injured. Still a ways to go but this was great. I then taught parts of this sequence to my students as well and they are loving it. It is now serving many people. Thank you!!!
