    Ooooo nice. I always feel lots better after these classes but today I seem to feel extra loosened up, warm, chilled and open. :) The long hip openers at the end have grounded my head and energy so much, thank you, thankyou. :)

      Probably because it's a level 2/3 class. I think she does an amazing job of holding the space! :)

    Thank you so much for this class! I was really anxious at first because I'm stressed out about finishing up spring quarter, but this class helped me let it go. After I did the first round of camel, but body just released and relaxed. Thank you again! xoxo
