    Thank you, so beautiful and powerful. As I opened the heart from the back, I felt a pain in the front heart center, the sternum. What is the meaning? Namaste.

    So grateful to you Sally ... this is a beautiful meditation and is such a gift at this time for me as I take a step to expand the studio and offer as best I can from the Great Heart, while navigating the path with the small self experiencing fear.     Thankyou so much!! I did this instead of my normal morning meditation and within no time at all had found the answer to an inner question that has been troubling me, and was then so deep that I didn't notice you'd finished and was late for my morning appointment ( which didn't matter at all :) and 6 hours later I still carry the inner contentment and connection to source Thankyou!!! Looking forward to meditating with you again, I haven't had a teacher or followed someone else for a long time and it's a wonderful feeling to do so with someone who fully resonates with my own practice Thankyou thank you for sharing your time and experience with us Sally!     Hi Emma--I will record a grief meditation and get it up next months. The most basic piece of it is to go into your heart, feel the grief, then focus on where you feel it in your body, and hold a space around it that can allow some piece of the grieving to dissolve. There's a meditation in chapter 11 of my book, Meditation for the Love of It, on p 262, called "Holding an Emotion in Your Heart" that might help.

    in my classes I have people who had hatdeep loss , husbands, children....do you have a meditation to heal their deep pain so that they can go back to appreciate life?
