    Appreciate your upbeat attitude. any suggestions?- I wobble as I'm bringing the opposite elbow to knee and compensating but pulling my butt toward the back.

    Hi. Great class. Please could you give me a modifcation for the pose around 28 mins with ankles/ shins over one another as I have a knee injury and have to stay away from the twisting knee kind of asanas? Many thanks :)

    Devarati, notice if you're rolling towards the heel of your hand (aka the knuckles are bubbling, uneven weight in the fingers) during this transition. feel free to back off the amount if that doesn't help!

    Thank you for this wonderful practice. I've been doing it on weekdays first thing in the morning and I can already see a progression. One problem though: the ball of my left hand really hurts during the "downward facing dog fire hydrant with knee to nose in plank" sequence (left side), so much that I actually have to take a break, especially that the following poses also involve the hands. Is there something I should watch for to have a better alignment? I normally don't hurt like that, even during challenging sequences.
