    Thank you Sally. Your teachings are truly transforming my practice. I have a question about the concentrative and integrative 'types' of meditation. I am assuming from what you said that we sit to practise with an intention to practise one or the other of these two types - ie that we don't try to practise both at the same time? If yes, would you recommend alternating between them on consecutive days, or practising one and then the other in a sitting as you do here? Personally I seem to find concentration more of a challenge than mindfulness, so I'm just interested in how I should proceed in order to cultivate both. Many thanks.
