Description
All we have is our inner state. Inspired by a meditation with Tara Brach, we will release physical contractions by moving gently, release heart contractions by opening slowly and pointedly, and release mind contractions using our breathing in a quiet meditation. You'll feel any sadness softening and dissipating with this practice.
Lovely class. We might also add during the meditation that the fear of losing a beloved is the mistaken fear that we are alone. This might not be true. For is not our beloved released into non-physical and always with us? Are we not, in our deepest Selves, always with us? We are not alone when we connect into this place together.
