    I slipped in the ice this morning and had a minor fall. This practice opened up the parts of me that felt crowded and tense in such a supportive way, thank you!! In shower pose at the wall is your head resting on the wall?

    AMAZING! I'm a yoga teacher trying to nurse a bad arm/shoulder. It's been difficult to practice without fear of further injury,being present and not overusing the arm. This practice was juicy and stretchy. It was just what I needed to open up my body. Thank you as always!
