Description
Allow time for yourself with this highly restorative practice; your mind and body will respond in kind. Using a bolster (or a couple of rolled-up towels) as well as a block (or a large book), this healing sequence will alleviate anxiety, reboot your immune system, help you soften any harshness within your mind, and bring you back to yourself.
Also amazed that I used my husband's xbox 360 box with stuff inside as a prop - worked very well. Anything can facilitate restoration.
