Revolve to Evolve!

Hatha | By Noah Mazé on Apr 01 2012
This class builds from basic forward bends and hip openers (lunge variations in sun salutations) to standing poses, twists, and culminates in revolved triangle pose (parivritta trikonasana). Enjoy! Savasana (resting pose) is short, so take longer time to rest if you can.

Thanks all! I'm glad you are laughing and enjoying yourselves while working hard. Maybe I should make a disclaimer about not laughing in twists... My philosophy teacher, Douglas Brooks, has been quoted saying that a teachers roles are to (1) educate you, (2) amuse you, and (3) annoy you. I probably do all three every time I teach. Thanks, as ever, for your commitment to practice.

i loved this class, saved to favorites; a great comparison class towards Christina Sell's revolved triangle class as well. Not better not worse just different and lovely in its differences as well as delightful from a loving student of both of yours. Love the humor to balance the intensity.
