    Hi Stephanie!

    Wanted to send you a HUGE thank you for a great class! I have only done yoga a handful of times but am 6 months pregnant with my second boy and am feeling tired, sore and my muscles are tight! Just took my first class and feel so much better already! You have inspired me to try to do every day or at least every other to get things moving again. Thank you so much!!

    Solid class, reminds me that I do need to do more yoga this last stretch of pregnancy and wish i had done it the past 8 months in addition to my hiking.

    This is one of my favourite sequences, especially as I feel my body slowing down as I get closer to my due date. Stephanie, you have helped me maintain my yoga practice throughout my first pregnancy - I am so grateful for your kind words and guidance!

    Fantastic. Simple refreshing stretches. Not a huge commitment. I particularly appreciate the verbal direction so I don't have to watch the screen the entire practice. Thank you.
