    Had this for my first yoga practice in a while (haven't had much energy due to morning sickness) and it was the typical experience when practicing with kids. My 3 year old playing yoga next to me and my 18 month old crawling under/on top of me. :D Not the most relaxing experience but I'll take what I can get. Hoping the nausea and fatigue will go away in a few weeks so I can enjoy some feeling good time before the pelvic joint pain hits. LOL. :P I'm at 10 weeks now.

    Thank you! This is my first pregnancy and my body aches in so many different ways. Yoga helps enormously. I love all your pregnancy classes, I try to do all of them, it helps me so much in these times of physical and emotional changes!

    Love this class! 18 weeks with my 3rd, and my other two are still young, so sometimes 20 mins is all I have to myself. Thanks for this -a great way to start the day :)

    Hi Stephanie!

    Wanted to send you a HUGE thank you for a great class! I have only done yoga a handful of times but am 6 months pregnant with my second boy and am feeling tired, sore and my muscles are tight! Just took my first class and feel so much better already! You have inspired me to try to do every day or at least every other to get things moving again. Thank you so much!!

    Solid class, reminds me that I do need to do more yoga this last stretch of pregnancy and wish i had done it the past 8 months in addition to my hiking.
